Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Oway account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original eco-friendly glass or aluminum packaging, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our quality control center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
